My testing for GB2

Well I finally took the test for my GB2 for New Mexico the other day. GB2 is the test for a residential General Contractor's license. I passed the test (knew I would) so now all I have to do is take the test for the business law and get my license.

I expect to get this done within the next month. Until then my rates will stay the same. Once I get my license though, I will have no choice but to raise my rates. I will have insurance, a bond and workman's comp to pay for and I wouldn't be able to pay for all that unless my rates went up. I will still remain competitive with other contractors in my area though.

I will let you know when I get my license and when to expect the increase in my rates.
