The new service desk and ticket system has a lot more options and enables me to provide better support and job tracking.

Some of you may have your own site that you would like to put this system on. You can get it at Accord5. Keep in mind that my system will not look like the one you install on your site. I spent several hours customizing my helpdesk to get it to have the look and feel of my site and do the things I needed it to do.

I am no longer in the web hosting and design business so please do not ask me to customize yours for you. You can contact Accord5 for that.

I am going to try and import the database for all of my existing customers into the new helpdesk. I may not be successful though and will take me some time. If you are an existing customer and do not want to wait for me to do that, please go ahead and register your ticket system account to set any work you need done.
